Juliana started the Cul-De-Sac Chronicle in May of 2020 and she was really excited about making a newspaper for what used to be just her neighbors.

"It is creativity, art, and just plain fun!" Juliana commented in early 2022. Juliana loves art, books, writing, computers, and doing things for her community.
